Camp Details and Covid Accommodations

Limited Capacity: Capacity will be limited to 50 campers (age 4 yrs old-6th grade) and 50 Jr. Volunteers (7th-8th grade). No exceptions will be made.

Registration: Will be closed on June 4, 2021. We will not accept late registrations as we need time to order materials for camp.

Groups/Cohorts: Children will be put into mixed-age groups and rotate through Bible Stories, Crafts, Games, Snacks, Service, Skits and Music stations. Each group will consist of 10 campers (age 4 yrs old-6th grade) and 10 junior volunteers (7th-12th grade.) A maximum of 20 children per group. Siblings will be put in the same groups and we will try to accommodate families that would like to be paired with other families.

Adult Volunteers: Finger-printed Adult volunteers will remain at each station to supervise and clean materials after each use.

Opening and Closing: We will do our best to keep the groups from occupying the same space at the same time, therefore we will not gather all of the children for a camp-wide opening and closing as we have had in the past. The junior volunteers will lead the campers through opening and closing prayers/activities with their small group/cohort.

Outside When Possible: Activities will take place outside when weather permits, with the exception of the music rotation which will take place in the Church. In case of rain, we will bring students into the cafeteria, Memorial Hall, Library, Gym and Gym Foyer, they will remain in their small groups/cohorts.
